Parking

Park by gate on 5th Lane or on 13th Avenue
Cancellations

24 hour notice for all appointments. Missed appointments or cancelled less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals

Arriving late will shorten the service time you have scheduled and results in a diminished service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I ask that you reschedule your appointment in respect of the next clients appointment following yours.
Sickness

Please contact me by text, 425-553-6946 if you have a cough, fever, or signs of any other illness, and let's reschedule you for another time.

Please be aware that the door is locked when we are in our appointment and there is no waiting area in the spa.
